Prepare a quality seedbed by tilling the soil to a depth of 15 cm and allowing it to settle for ideally a few weeks. Clear away weeds and excess stones. Smooth and loosen the entire area to create an even, fine, and crumbly seedbed. Firm the seedbed by rolling or treading the site evenly. Sow the seed evenly in two directions - at right angles and diagonally to the main axis. Spread the seed manually or use a seed drill, rake to level, and roll. Make sure the seed makes good contact with the soil. Apply a suitable fertilizer to ensure necessary nutrients are present for the seed. Control weeds if necessary.
